Crystal helped me sell my mother’s condo, I live out of the country.
She kept me informed on all interested buyers and also posted the property on several different Real estate boards that drew a bigger pool of buyers.
Crystal was open and honest in explaining the contract for sale and was willing to do some staging and help with any logistics.
I highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling property.

After years of renting, we decided to once again enter the home owner's market to find our 'forever condo'!
We reached out to Crystal who happened to be the real estate agent listed for a particular condo. She immediately responded to ask a few questions about us and upon hearing that we were a couple in our 40s with 2 nearly 20 year olds, she let us know that the condo we were looking at my not be a good fit for us.
Crystal worked with us to understand our needs, when we were struggling to find a 3 bdrm condo, we looked at houses together, she was a pleasure to deal with and never gave up, even when the market got so hectic, it was getting really tough to stay positive.
Then boom, we found a condo we loved, in a great building, and we were lucky enough to get it. After seeing tons of houses and working with Crystal for maybe a little over a month, we got the place we really wanted.
We're hoping to stay here for the long haul. Hopefully we don't need to use Crystal again to buy another home... but... you should!

I randomly connected with Crystal on Instagram and after a year of following her, I put my trust in her to sell my condo and help my partner and me find our dream home. I’ll admit that putting your trust in someone you met on the internet to sell one of your greatest assets can be a little scary! However, I’m so glad that we did it! Crystal exceeded our expectations every step of the way, answering all of our questions, and always going the extra step to make sure we got the best deal possible. With Crystal’s professional expertise, we sold our condo 40k over asking and bought our house under our budget. Me and my family were first time home buyers. And we had been looking for about a year at houses in many area's until we settled on Innisfil. I found Crystal's page online and was impressed by all of her positive review so I decided to give her a call.
Crystal has been the best realtor that I have ever worked with, we tried 4 different people before her. She is the most hard working, flexible, patient, dedicated and SPEEDY realtor you will ever work with.
She was so supportive and hard working through all the houses we looked at which was about 30ish. For everyone of those showings she came 100% prepared. All the houses we were interested in she did all the extra research and burned the midnight oil to answer all of the questions regarding the home we wanted to put in offers for.

If you look up loyalty in the dictionary you'll find a picture of Crystal. She does not stop working until YOU get the home you WANT and DESERVE. My Fiance, Nicole, and I were first time home buyers. We had absolutely NO idea what we were doing but we were lucky to have found and chosen Crystal to represent us. She took time to teach us the ins and outs of the real estate market. We gave her a wish list and on every listing she found, we got what we wanted. Her patience, work ethic, attention to detail and motivation is unmatched. She is constantly working for YOU. Crystal was absolutely fantastic to work with. My boyfriend and I were looking for a home to move into together with my 3 kids. She found us the perfect place in no time at all and made sure she did everything she could to insure we got the place. With the crazy market right now, she had to be on her game to swiftly get our application in and submit any necessary paperwork in order to beat out the 15+ other applications to the rental we were looking at. Any questions we had she responded immediately and was extremely knowledgable. She offered great advice, even when it came to legal aspects of our lease. We cant thank her enough for all her help in finding us the home we needed, and we will definitely return to her in the future when it’s time for us to buy a home!
